The Challenge

Slow & Outdated Digital Platform

Rainforest Gardens’ previous website no longer reflected their evolving brand and their existing CRM lacked the flexibility and industry-specific functionality they needed. Daily operations were weighed down by manual processes, leading to inefficiencies in time management and internal workflows.

Without automation, valuable time was being lost on repetitive tasks and this was time that could have been better spent enhancing the client experience and growing the business.

To bring the brand’s elevated vision to life online, we custom designed a WordPress website to showcase the unique atmosphere of Rainforest Gardens. The build focused on striking visuals, fluid user journeys and seamless integration with the new CRM to create a cohesive digital experience that supports both storytelling and conversion.

Features include automated booking confirmations, timely payment reminders, a custom floor planner, RSVP landing pages and personalised itinerary planner, all working together to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort and make the wedding planning process smooth and stress-free.

The website was redesigned to reflect Rainforest Gardens’ refreshed branding. The new visual direction featured modern imagery, elegant typography and a refined colour palette that captures the venue’s natural beauty and sophistication. Navigation was simplified for a more intuitive user experience, making it easier for clients to access key information.
